For eligibleĀ returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

Refused Packages:Ā If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.

Your store credit can be used on any product andĀ has no expiration date.Ā To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANIĀ gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store creditĀ code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.Ā Ā
